Win-Test Contest Logging Software

Win-Test Contest Logging Software

I have just started using Win-Test for Windows Contest Logging Software in November 2013. I started using it after using CT, NA, and TRLog DOS Contesting Software and stints with N1MM and WriteLog. I had used CT for a number of years and was fairly proficient with it. When I moved here from Oklahoma, some of the contesters here used NA and I tried that for a while. But with newer versions of Windows not playing well with DOS applications, I decided to take the plunge and start using a Windows based contesting package. At work we tried almost every trick in the book to get some of the old DOS packages to play well with Windows 7 and never got some of them to work. We had a good bit of trouble with drivers. I had a lot of conversations with some of my serious contesting buddies from across the country and a good number of them had started migrating to Win-Test. I have used WriteLog in the past, but by recommendation from several serious contesters, including K3LR, I am making the move to Win-Test

Let's look at some of the features:

Win-Test for Windows Options

Win-Test integrates well with my computer and rig. I am new to Win-Test and I am moving to it because of comments I received from K3LR and other contesters. I have just moved to it in November of 2013. Overall it is a robust contesting software package.

Win-Test charges $45 for the software, support and updates.

Win-Test for Windows is a mature package that works very well. I look for this to be my main Contesting/DXing logging software for a long time to come!
